How To Install

Follow these steps to install a chatbot in your Bitrix24.

Log in to Bitrix24
  • Log in to your Bitrix24 account with administrative privileges.
Navigate to Developer Resources
  • Go to the "Applications" section in the left-hand menu.
  • Click on "Add Application".
Create a New Application
  • Click on "Other".
  • Click on Local application.
Configure app
Copy {Client_id} and {Client_secret}
  • Please copy Client_id and Client_secret.
Chatbot Console Panel
Configure open channels:
  • Select way "Add-ons" - "Messengers".
Select any source of information
  • Create an open channel.
Setup Chatbot
  • Configure open channel.
  • Add an Access token and connect the channel to Bitrix24.
